How to Make Radish Kimchi Pork Stew
(열무 김치 돼지고기 찌개)


Ingredients for Radish Kimchi Pork Stew:
열무 김치 돼지고기 찌개: ("yuhl-moo kimchi dweh-ji go-geeh jjeeh-gae")

1 bowl of fermented radish kimchi
1 pack of pork slices
2 tbsp of miso paste
1 package of dashida (anchovy flavored stock)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup fermented radish kimchi juice
3 1/2 cup water

prep time: 10 minutes
cook time: 20 minutes
