Ingredients for Soy-Sauce Rice Cakes:
간장 떡볶이: ("gahn-jahng-dduk-bohk-eeh")
3 cups of rice cakes
150 g. of beef shank
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup of water
4 tbsp. grape seed oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
Total prep time: 10 min. / Total cook time: 7-10 min.
