Ingredients for Korean Curry Rice

-1 box of House Vermont Curry Mix (Medium-Hot)
-2 lbs. of beef shank (or chicken)
-1 large potato
-2 small onions
-1/2 of large carrot
-6 cups of water
-1 bowl of rice
