How to Make Korean Spicy Ricecakes Ddukbokki (떡볶이)


Ingredients for Ddukbokki:
(떡볶이: "dduhk-bohk-ggeeh")

1 bag of rice cakes
3 sheets of fishcakes
2 sheets of dried kelp
handful of dried anchovies
4 hard-boiled eggs
3 1/2 cups of water
1/4 cup red pepper paste
1 tsp. red pepper powder
1/2 tsp. soup stock
4 tbsp. sugar

Total prep time: 5 min. / Total cook time: 20-25 min.
