Ingredients for Fried Burdock:
(우엉부침: "ooh-uhng-boo-cheem")

1 stick of burdock root
1 cup Korean pancake mix
1 green onion
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 cup red pepper paste
1 tbsp. sugar


Total prep time: 10 min. / Total cook time: 7 min.
