4 sheets leek square fish cakes

1/8 C brewed soysauce

1 onion

1 green pepper

2 green onions

1/2 tbsp. minced garlic

1 tbsp. red pepper powder

1/4 cup sake

1 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. oil

1/2 cup water
