How to Make Korean Army Soup "Budae Jjigae" (부대찌개)
Ingredients for Korean "Army" Soup:
(부대찌개: "booh-deh-jjeeh-gae")
*Traditionally eaten with alcohol.
1 cabbage of fully fermented kimchi
1/4 Spam
handful of vienna sausages
1 regular beef sausage
1 instant noodle
1 potato
1/4 cabbage
2 bottles of water
1 tsp. soup stock
1 tbsp. red pepper powder
Total prep time: 5 min. / Total cook time: 15 min.
